Our Story
Three decades of showing up.
Duboff Law Firm was founded in 1991 with a simple conviction: the legal system should work for the people it was built to serve — and too often it doesn’t. Homeowners get worn down by insurers. Tenants and landlords get tangled in statutes written for lawyers. Businesses watch signed agreements treated like suggestions.
Thirty years later, the firm is seven attorneys strong and still in North Miami — and the conviction hasn’t changed. We represent Florida property owners, injured people, tenants, landlords, and businesses in cases priced honestly and argued without hesitation, in English, Spanish, and Creole.
Our reputation was built one case at a time — a denied hurricane claim recovered, an eviction handled cleanly, a contractor held to the contract. That is the only kind of reputation we are interested in.
